Who's the Coaching Course For?
It's for anyone. If you're new to coaching or you're looking for some advice/tips on how to become a better coach and run a properly structured practice.
Practice Template
We've created a simple but effective practice template that can be used at any age. In fact through our experience from playing pro hockey most practices were structured this way. We have broken down the practice plans into sections to simplify it for each coach, no matter the level. Each Section has a list of drills to choose from which will keep your team busy for the year.

Your instructors
As lead educators behind the "PLP Coaching Course," Paul Crowder and Kevin Klein stand at the intersection of passion and expertise.
Paul's career started out West in Victoria BC where he grew up playing minor hockey. He went on to play junior A where he received a scholarship to University of Alaska Anchorage. From there he signed an Entry Level Contract with the New York Rangers. He played 10 years of professional hockey in the AHL, ECHL, and Europe. He's played at many different levels and experienced different coaching styles from different leagues and countries.
Kevin has played over 10 years in the NHL and 15 years Professionally including Europe and the AHL. He's seen and played for some of the best coaches in the world. With that time he's helped create this coaching course to help develop the young hockey players of today. He believes the best development for the kids is from strong coaching.
